Beloved Husband to Jean. Much loved Dad to David, Rachael, Simone and Shelley. Loving Grandad to all the Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Dearly missed by all who knew him.
It is Terry's wish that everyone attending the funeral wears some blue, and please no black ties.
The funeral service will take place on 9th December at 14:00 at Heart of England Crematorium.
